Code Ann. § 51-33-119","body":"The hearing and trial of any proceeding instituted under the terms of Sections 51-33-105 through 51-33-121 shall be conducted as other hearings and trials are conducted in the chancery court or by the chancellor in vacation, except as hereinabove provided.
