Code Ann. § 51-5-13","body":"The driller shall keep accurate records on each water well drilled, including, but not limited to, its location, depth, character of rocks or formations drilled, fluids encountered, and such other reasonable information as the board may specify. Each driller shall, within thirty days after completion of each well, file a report containing such information in the office of the state board of water commissioners on forms provided by the board.
