Code Ann. § 51-5-3","body":"In order to be licensed as a water well contractor in the State of Mississippi, the applicant must be qualified as set out below:\n\n(a) Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;\n\n(b) Be of good moral character;\n\n(c) Demonstrate to the satisfaction of the commission a reasonable knowledge of this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted by the commission under the provisions of this chapter;\n\n(d) Possess the necessary drilling equipment, or present to the commission sufficient evidence to show that he has access to the use of such equipment at any time he needs it; and\n\n(e) Have not less than three (3) years' experience in the work for which he is applying for a license.","path":["MS Code","Title 51"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"0ba8c221ff005622e2719a6e5ab64dc9b74109e290ff7a34be508debe0086275","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-51-5-19","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-51-5-5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
