Code Ann. § 53-3-115","body":"The notice provided for in Sections 53-3-101 through 53-3-119 shall be given in the time and manner as required by law and the rules and regulations of the oil and gas board for hearings by said board and shall be completed at least thirty days before the date set for the hearing.\n\nThe secretary of the board shall, in addition thereto, mail a notice not less than thirty days prior to the date set for the hearing to all persons owning the interests in the land within the unit area which said secretary by due diligence can ascertain.
