Code Ann. § 53-3-23","body":"(1) Whenever a drilling unit for oil or gas is formed comprised entirely of lands within the State of Mississippi, with one or more unit boundaries being the center of the main navigable channel of the Mississippi River or any other navigable river constituting the boundary between the State of Mississippi and another state, such unit shall be a flexible unit.
