Code Ann. § 53-3-37","body":"Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of Section 53-3-35 regarding the filing of reports by failing to file such reports on a timely basis, or by the willful, knowing or fraudulent execution of a report which contains a false entry or statement of fact, or an omission of fact, shall be subject to a penalty of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation.
