Code Ann. § 55-13-31","body":"The land commissioner, with the approval of the Governor, is hereby authorized to sell and convey all of the oil, gas and other minerals heretofore reserved by the State of Mississippi in its respective conveyances to the United States of America of those certain properties acquired by the State of Mississippi for the Natchez Trace Parkway, said conveyances to be made to the former owners, their heirs, successors, assigns, or grantees, as their interests may appear, for such price as the land commissioner, with the approval of the governor, may fix.
