Code Ann. § 55-23-19","body":"Prior to July 1, 1989, the commission shall contract with the University of Mississippi Medical Center for provision by the medical center of funds in an amount reasonable and necessary to provide the following maintenance of parking facilities at the stadium:\n\n(a) Adequate lighting;\n\n(b) Routine care of the parking surface;\n\n(c) Long-term resurfacing of any parking area utilized by medical center employees, students and patients; and\n\n(d) Security.\n\nIn consideration of the funds provided by the medical center, the University of Mississippi Medical Center students, employees, patients and visitors, and all other state employees, will be exempt from payment of any fees imposed by the commission for the use of the parking facilities at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium when there are no special events being held on the stadium grounds.","path":["MS Code","Title 55"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"84061828840c329db727d9db9e811f68133d4069cac55211023a79143d7f5135","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-55-23-17","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-55-23-21"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
