Code Ann. § 55-3-57","body":"Each employee of the department, when required by resolution of a majority of the commission, shall give a bond for the faithful performance of his duties as an employee of the commission, which bond shall be made payable to the State of Mississippi and shall be in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
