Code Ann. § 57-125-1","body":"As used in this chapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\n(a) “ Construction costs ” means actual costs incurred for a project that has been certified by the MMEIA as a project as defined in Section 57-75-5(f) (xxxiii) for construction under a material purchase certificate issued by the Department of Revenue.\n\n(b) “ MDA ” means the Mississippi Development Authority.\n\n(c) “ MMEIA ” means the Mississippi Major Economic Impact Authority.\n\n(d) “ MMEIA construction rebate project ” or “ project ” means any project that has been certified by the MMEIA as a project as defined in Section 57-75-5(f) (xxxiii).","path":["MS Code","Title 57"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"d03c89add6d210e18b0266f555d93a59d0d9e04fabcab4526300b02113a47054","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-57-123-9","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-57-125-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
