Code Ann. § 57-44-3","body":"As used in this chapter the term “freight rail service project” means the acquisition, construction, installation, operation, modification, renovation, or rehabilitation of any freight rail service facilities. A project may also include any fixtures, machinery, or equipment used on, in or in connection with any such facilities.
