Code Ann. § 57-77-21","body":"Magnolia Capital Corporation shall submit the following reports to the department:\n\n(a) An annual audit of loan funds received in connection with the program;\n\n(b) Quarterly reports describing all venture capital assistance provided to businesses by Magnolia Venture Capital Corporation and the fund, such reports to include at least the following: a description of the business receiving assistance, the project to be assisted and the purpose of such assistance; a description of each loan and equity investment, including the terms and conditions thereof and use of the venture fund's assistance by the business; history of the assistance pool, including amounts expended for administration and management, principal amount of equity investments, losses, loans and other relevant data.","path":["MS Code","Title 57"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"d539a99fa80ce4b76289d37bc2689e533e2b73ab5be4d5b21f046acdd6cf8185","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-57-77-2","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-57-77-23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
