Code Ann. § 59-5-61","body":"The board is authorized to provide by resolution for the issuance of refunding bonds by the state bond commission for the purpose of refunding any bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter and then outstanding, together with interest thereon to the date of such refunding bonds, and redemption premium thereon, if any.
