Code Ann. § 61-13-17","body":"There is hereby created a special fund in the State Treasury out of which all costs and expenses incurred pursuant to this chapter shall be paid. All salaries, allocations and charges for the cost of operating, repairing and servicing the airplanes shall be paid from this fund. The Legislature shall appropriate the necessary funds to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The Department of Finance and Administration shall disburse over his signature all funds expended for carrying out the provisions of this chapter.\n\nAny monies in such fund which have been allocated for the operation, maintenance and repair of an aircraft which has been disposed of pursuant to Section 61-13-15 shall be transferred to the State General Fund.","path":["MS Code","Title 61"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"e51311dd7c48ff938e2ea2bafd0c8f94bad5d6d394837b3c016bc29f1d79dd64","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-61-13-15","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-61-13-19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
