Code Ann. § 63-1-10.1","body":"A school superintendent or designee shall report to the Department of Education on a schedule determined by the State Board of Education when a student under eighteen (18) years of age who has been issued a driver's license or temporary learning permit has been coded as a “dropout” as defined by the State Board of Education.
