Code Ann. § 63-11-26","body":"When the commissioner of public safety, or his authorized agent, shall suspend the driver's license or permit to drive of a person or shall deny the issuance of a license or permit to a person as provided in Section 63-11-30 , the person shall not be entitled to any judicial review of or appeal from the actions of the commissioner.
