Code Ann. § 63-21-63","body":"There shall be paid to the Department of Revenue for issuing and processing documents required by this chapter, fees for motor vehicles according to the following schedule:\n\n(a)\n\nEach application for certificate of title issued under Section 63-21-9(2)․․․․․․․․․․․\n\n$ 9.00\n\n(b)\n\nEach application for certificate of title not issued under Section 63-21-9(2)․․․․․․․\n\n9.00\n\n(c)\n\nEach application for replacement or corrected certificate of title․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․\n\n9.00\n\n(d)\n\nEach suspension or revocation of certificate of title․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․\n\n9.00\n\n(e)\n\nEach notice of security interest․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․\n\n9.00\n\n(f)\n\nEach release of security interest․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․\n\n9.00\n\n(g)\n\nEach assignment by lienholder․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․․\n\n9.00\n\n(h)\n\nEach application for information as to the status of the title of a vehicle․․․․․․․․․\n\n9.00\n\nThe designated agent may add the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to each document processed for which a fee is charged to be retained as his commission for services rendered.
