Code Ann. § 65-1-151","body":"Bond shall be given to the state of Mississippi by each commissioner and the director, each in an additional sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00), which is in addition to the bonds required in Sections 65-1-3 and 65-1-9, Mississippi Code of 1972; and said bond shall in all instances be and is for the same purposes and in the same manner as provided in Sections 65-1-3 and 65-1-9 .
