Code Ann. § 65-1-167","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the Statewide Litter Prevention Fund. Monies may be expended out of such fund, pursuant to appropriation by the Legislature, to implement the statewide litter prevention program established under the provisions of Section 65-1-165 .
