Code Ann. § 65-1-343","body":"The circuit clerks and chancery clerks shall not require the transportation department when following the procedure established in this article to prepay the cost of filing of a court action, filing of an instrument or obtaining a copy of any filed instrument from the office of chancery or circuit clerk.
