Code Ann. § 65-25-127","body":"When the Governor shall have executed said compact on behalf of this state and shall cause a verified copy thereof to be filed with the Secretary of State, and when said compact shall have been ratified by the State of Arkansas, then said compact shall become operative and effective as between the States of Arkansas and Mississippi.
