Code Ann. § 65-27-7","body":"The bond given by the keeper of a toll ferry, bridge, turnpike, causeway, or plank road may be put in suit by the county, or by any person damaged, for a breach thereof; and the bond may be sued on from time to time until the whole penalty be recovered.
