Code Ann. § 65-3-64","body":"(1) The following segment of highway located in the State of Mississippi is hereby designated as a scenic route:\n\nThat portion of Mississippi Highway 5 between United States Highway 78 and United States Highway 72.\n\n(2)(a) The State Highway Department may plan and erect suitable signs and markers along such route and along approaches to the area.
