Code Ann. § 65-3-71.138","body":"(1) That portion of Mississippi Highway 16 in Leake County beginning at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 16 and Mississippi Highway 35 and extending easterly to the Leake/Neshoba county line is designated and shall be known as “Van T.
