Code Ann. § 65-3-71.34","body":"(1) That portion of U.S. Highway 49 in Collins, Mississippi, beginning at a point eight-tenths (.8) of a mile south of the intersection of U.S. Highway 49 and U.S. Highway 84 and extending south on U.S. Highway 49 for two (2) miles shall be known and designated as the “Billy M.
