Code Ann. § 67-1-35","body":"The department may, for authentication of records, process and proceedings, adopt, keep and use a seal for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Department of Revenue, of which seal judicial notice shall be taken in all courts of this state. Any process, notice or other paper which the department may be authorized by law to issue under this article shall be deemed sufficient if signed by the director and authenticated by such seal.
