Code Ann. § 67-11-9","body":"(1) Within the State of Mississippi, every native distillery is authorized to make sales to the department or to consumers at the location of the native distillery or its immediate vicinity. Every native distillery is authorized to make sales to any producer, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer or consumer located outside of the State of Mississippi who is authorized by law to purchase the same.\n\n(2) With respect to native spirits sold by the department to retailers under Section 67-1-41 , the native distillery may hold those spirits for onsite pickup instead of shipping them to the department warehouse, at the option of the retailer and pursuant to any rules promulgated by the department.","path":["MS Code","Title 67"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"efd86f5a0269a14fa960a3c1a0db0ffa6252d79f15d19800cdc7f299894a9b43","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-67-11-7","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-67-1-1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
