Code Ann. § 67-3-22","body":"(1) The production limits for a brewpub shall be based upon production as determined by the Department of Revenue pursuant to Section 27-71-307, Mississippi Code of 1972 , and a brewpub shall not manufacture more than seventy-five thousand (75,000) gallons of light wine or beer per calendar year.\n\n(2) Light wine or beer produced at a brewpub shall not be sold at a price less than it cost to manufacture such light wine or beer.\n\n(3) A brewpub shall be required to offer for sale light wine or beer that is normally carried on the inventory of wholesalers or distributors of light wine or beer.","path":["MS Code","Title 67"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"2fe1e66b76db5d7d53b7b5a9518e2f53763303acb969833ccb51f28c8491f4de","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-67-3-21","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-67-3-23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
