Code Ann. § 67-5-7","body":"Hereafter, it shall be lawful to produce native wine in the State of Mississippi including the production of non-alcoholic native wines and juices to be used for sacramental purposes, and to sell such native wine within or without this state; provided such native wine shall be subject to the gallonage excise tax as levied by Section 67-5-13 .\n\nThe production of native wine is hereby declared, under the laws of this state, to be a privilege, and as such privilege shall be subject to such permit fees upon the exercise of the privilege as levied by Section 67-5-13 .","path":["MS Code","Title 67"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"22500b4eec98b7d7e716fd3bfdcae8f065f55e35879f5e78b34f480f325e6abf","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-67-5-5","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-67-5-9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
