Code Ann. § 69-1-5","body":"The commissioner, before entering upon the duties of the office, must take and subscribe the oath of office prescribed by the constitution, and must enter into bond payable to the State of Mississippi, in the sum of five thousand dollars with a guaranty company, the expense of such bond being paid by the state.
