Code Ann. § 69-11-15","body":"Whoever violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and within the discretion of the court may also be imprisoned for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days.
