Code Ann. § 69-23-115","body":"It is unlawful for a person to:\n\n(a) Make false or fraudulent claims through any media misrepresenting the effect of materials or methods to be used;\n\n(b) Conduct pest control operations in a faulty, careless or negligent manner or to operate faulty or unsafe pest control equipment;\n\n(c) Fail to comply with the provisions of Sections 69-23-101 through 69-23-135 , or the regulations adopted hereunder;\n\n(d) Fail to keep and maintain records required by Sections 69-23-101 through 69-23-135 or to make reports when required;\n\n(e) Make false or fraudulent records, invoices or reports;\n\n(f) Use fraud or misrepresentation in making application for a license or renewal for a license;\n\n(g) Aid or abet any person in evading the provisions of Sections 69-23-101 through 69-23-135 , or allow one's license to be used by another person;\n\n(h) Impersonate any state or federal official;\n\n(i) Commit a violation under FIFRA;\n\n(j) Use any restricted use pesticide in a manner which is inconsistent with its labeling; or\n\n(k) Commit any other act or omission specified in the regulations adopted under Sections 69-23-101 through 69-23-135 .","path":["MS Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"b923e416dc76c775712e0b1c581bdb3e31d1ad7d3b56c5013954abc675925160","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-69-23-113","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-69-23-117"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
