Code Ann. § 69-39-19","body":"The commissioner may, with the approval of the Attorney General as provided in Section 69-1-25 , promulgate such rules and regulations in accordance with the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law as may be necessary for the effective enforcement of this chapter.
