Code Ann. § 69-7-321","body":"Producers selling eggs of their own production, when offered on their own premises, or selling less than six (6) dozen eggs per week, are exempt from the provisions of this article.\n\nAll eggs, egg products, egg handlers and egg producers which are exempt under the provisions of U. S. Public Law 91-597 , commonly referred to as the “Egg Products Inspection Act”, or the regulations pertaining thereto, shall likewise be exempt from the provisions of this article to the same extent that such eggs, egg products, egg handlers, and egg producers are exempt from said Public Law 91-597 and the regulations pertaining thereto.\n\nThe name and address of the producer, packer or distributor shall appear on the container.","path":["MS Code","Title 69"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"b2437d49945d95091029342161a2232ecfd9602624f5216a5db6f50ff391e4e4","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-69-7-275","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-69-7-323"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
