Code Ann. § 7-7-77","body":"The state auditor shall settle with the proper officers and pay over all moneys collected by him under the provisions of Sections 7-7-67 through 7-7-79 as required by law. He shall make a report to the state treasurer at the end of the fiscal year, giving a full account of all said collections by him during the preceding fiscal year, and of whom and on whose account collected.
