Code Ann. § 71-5-109","body":"There is created a Board of Review consisting of three (3) members to be appointed by the executive director. The executive director shall designate one (1) member of the Board of Review as chairman. Each member shall be paid a salary or per diem at a rate to be determined by the executive director, and such expenses as may be allowed by the executive director.
