Code Ann. § 73-10-19","body":"(1) It shall be a ground for removal from the advisory council if a member:\n\n(a) Does not have at the time of appointment the qualifications required for appointment to the advisory council;\n\n(b) Does not maintain during service on the advisory council the qualifications required for appointment to the council;\n\n(c) Violates a prohibition established by this chapter; or\n\n(d) Fails to attend advisory council meetings for the period of one (1) year.\n\n(2) If a ground for removal of a member from the council exists, the advisory council's actions taken during the existence of the ground for removal shall be valid.","path":["MS Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"05707dd0dc5d930dfdd41692b76b515ccfb6b5e04ffc55a43f811b137e7ff587","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-10-17","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-10-21"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
