Code Ann. § 73-14-17","body":"An applicant for a license shall pay a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and shall show to the satisfaction of the board that he:\n\n(a) Is twenty-one (21) years of age or older.\n\n(b) Has an education equivalent to a four-year course in an accredited high school.\n\nAny increase in the fee charged by the board under this section shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 41-3-65 .\n\nNo governmental entity or agency shall be required to pay the fee or fees set forth in this section.\n\nEach application or filing made under this section shall include the social security number(s) of the applicant in accordance with Section 93-11-64 .","path":["MS Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"7b77dc77e4def208614750fa902c1c2b32bcac0f560f7b45f7700151c7b45bae","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-14-15","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-14-19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
