Code Ann. § 73-19-11","body":"Before entering upon the discharge of the duties of his office the secretary of the state board of optometry shall give a bond to the state, to be approved by the board, in the sum of two thousand dollars conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of his office. The premium for such bond to be paid from the funds paid into the state treasury by the secretary of the board.\n\nSuch bond, with the approval of the board and oath of office indorsed thereon, shall be deposited with the secretary of state and kept in his office.
