Code Ann. § 73-24-29","body":"(1) The board is empowered to prescribe and publish reasonable fees for the following purposes:\n\n(a) Application fee which is nonrefundable;\n\n(b) Initial license or compact privilege fee;\n\n(c) Renewal of license or compact privilege fee;\n\n(d) Late renewal fee;\n\n(e) Limited permit fee;\n\n(f) Reinstatement of license or compact privilege fee;\n\n(g) Inactive license fee.\n\n(2) Such fees shall be commensurate to the extent feasible with the cost of fulfilling the duties of the board and council as defined by this article; however, no individual fee shall exceed One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00).\n\n(3) Any increase in the fees charged by the board under this section shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 41-3-65 .","path":["MS Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"5dfd9b6a86c40d042071aea38c8a3302d696ced862249c5305b663a3aa50851f","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-24-27","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-24-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
