Code Ann. § 73-29-15","body":"Applications for original licenses shall be made to the secretary of the board in writing under oath on forms prescribed by the board, to which forms must be affixed the applicant's fingerprints and a recent photograph, and shall be accompanied by the required fee which is not refundable.
