Code Ann. § 73-29-41","body":"Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license or licenses to the secretary; failure of a licensee to do so shall be a violation of this chapter and upon conviction, shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter set forth.
