Code Ann. § 73-35-14.2","body":"(1) Minimum standards for instructors for prelicense and post-license education courses required for licensure as a real estate broker or a real estate salesperson shall include:\n\n(a) Licensure as a Mississippi real estate broker or real estate salesperson for the immediate past five (5) years prior to application; or\n\n(b) Current certification as a Certified Public Accountant; or\n\n(c) Attainment of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degree from a law school whose accreditation is recognized by the Mississippi Supreme Court; or\n\n(d) Demonstration of significant expertise in a particular real estate related subject area, as determined and approved by the commission.\n\n(2) The commission may establish by rule such other standards for instructors of prelicense education and post-license education as the commission may deem necessary.","path":["MS Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"53e67b9a6eb1f39572bd303f3b5ae70494837896062d01828d9e229541fee801","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-35-14.1","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-35-14.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
