Code Ann. § 73-42-17","body":"(1) An application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompanied by a fee in the following amount:\n\n(a) Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for an initial application for registration.\n\n(b) Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for an application for registration based upon a certificate of registration or licensure issued by another state.\n\n(c) Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for an application for renewal of registration.\n\n(d) Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for an application for renewal of registration based upon an application for renewal of registration or licensure submitted in another state.\n\n(2) In addition, the Secretary of State may impose a fee for the actual costs incurred by the Secretary of State's office for processing and administering one or more criminal history background checks.","path":["MS Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"15f03f88731b8e9b5cce05d2fb95c399ec8f7a7d3ba6983dc4886ec0aeafb36f","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-42-15","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-42-19"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
