Code Ann. § 73-60-5","body":"(1) There is hereby created, as an adjunct board to the Mississippi Real Estate Appraisal Board, a board to be known as the Home Inspector Regulatory Board, which shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, to include one (1) representative from each congressional district, one (1) from the state at large and all shall be licensed home inspectors. Two (2) members shall be appointed to serve for a term of three (3) years, two (2) members shall be appointed to serve for a term of two (2) years and one (1) member shall be appointed to serve for a term of one (1) year. Thereafter, each member shall be appointed to serve for a term of four (4) years.\n\n(2) The Home Inspector Regulatory Board shall advise the Mississippi Real Estate Appraisal Board or its designee on all matters relating to this chapter.
