Code Ann. § 73-60-9","body":"(1) No person may engage in or transact any home inspection business, or hold himself or herself out to the public as a home inspector, or offer to engage in or transact any home inspection business in this state unless the person is licensed by the Appraisal Board.\n\n(2) No license shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter to a partnership, association, corporation, limited liability company or partnership, firm or group.
