Code Ann. § 73-71-39","body":"(1) The board shall establish a program of care, counseling or treatment for impaired acupuncturists.\n\n(2) The program of care, counseling or treatment shall include a written schedule of organized treatment, care, counseling, activities or education satisfactory to the board designed for the purposes of restoring an impaired person to a condition by which the impaired person can practice acupuncture with reasonable skill and safety of a sufficient degree to deliver competent patient care.\n\n(3) All persons authorized to practice by the board shall report in good faith any acupuncturist they reasonably believe to be an impaired practitioner as defined in Section 73-71-5 .","path":["MS Code","Title 73"],"source_url":"https://legislature.ms.gov/","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:17Z","sha256":"4c21fb92ff56549f8eb979fa26f63342d36953f66dd0ff687d9b2d52ff43385c","source_id":"us-ms","stale":false,"prev":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-71-37","next":"us-ms/miss.-code-ann.-73-71-41"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
