Code Ann. § 73-9-109","body":"A dentist or dental hygienist may request in writing to the board a restriction of his license to practice dentistry or dental hygiene. The board may grant such request for restriction and shall have authority, if it deems appropriate, to attach conditions to the licensure of the dentist or dental hygienist to practice dentistry or dental hygiene within specified limitations, and waive the commencement of any proceeding under Section 73-9-113 .
