Code Ann. § 75-27-319","body":"The Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce of the State of Mississippi is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to administer and enforce this article and may prescribe, adopt and enforce rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the stated intent herein.
