Code Ann. § 75-33-25","body":"It is unlawful for any agent of the commissioner, or any meat-hygiene agent:\n\n1. To approve or pass any diseased animal intended to be slaughtered for food, or any unwholesome meat, or any unwholesome meat-food product;\n\n2. To fail to condemn and mark, and cause to be rendered unfit for food, any diseased animal, unwholesome meat, or unwholesome meat-food product, found on examination of any establishment to be unfit for food;\n\n3. To fail to report as required any violation of this article;\n\n4.
